Products
- Please be aware that all our items are vintage and as such may display signs of wear and use.
- All items are checked for damage and restored to the best of our ability, but we cannot offer lifespan guarantees.
- Items are photographed as accurately as possible and any areas of wear are shown in the photographs. We are always happy to provide additional photographs.
Purchasing
- You must pay by debit/credit card at the time of order when purchasing online. Visitors in person may pay in full or reserve an item with a deposit against later collection. This can be cash or credit/debit card. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Delivery
- It is your responsibility to obtain a delivery estimate before purchase. Delivery is via Royal Mail, courier or carrier.
- Delivery of large items is doorstep only. Transport of items within your property is solely at the carrier’s discretion.
Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order if you are unhappy with your purchase.
- For items purchased in store, please return the item to the Antiques Centre within 7 days. For items purchased online, please notify us via email and return the item within 14 days of cancellation. You will then be refunded.
- Unless the item is damaged, the cost of returning the item is at the customer’s expense.
- In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
